Monday morning crit Intervals

Hi All

I am not sure what is going on with crit intervals.

I ran one last week for mostly Valhalla people as the novice program had finished. Is the real one starting this week?

I don't think that I am the right person to run it as I am not a coach and won't be available on a consistent basis.

Let me know if you know anything.
