Is anyone keen for an E1 ride tomorrow morning 6am crn of Mouat & Northbourne Ave. Heading out along the Fedral Hwy to Mac's Reef Rd and back. It seems I've lost my usual riding buddy :( . Pace will be 30km/h ish.

I did my intervals at lunch. Passed by Schleck St and shuddered a bit, then punched the rig a bit harder.
