Sunday 23/10 early Lake George ride

If anyone is keen to join - a few of us will be doing a pre-PROD on Sunday morning, heading out to Lake George (possibly further depending upon how enthusiastic we feel after the Corin Classic). This will be an E1 (with long sprints) ride, starting 6am at ANU. Likely pace will be approx 30kph. I think the PROD will still be on for those that prefer (or at least have time!) to start their Sundays at a more civilised time, but don't quote me on that.
