no longer can we just get 'permission' to hold this event, despite the lack of trafffic & deteriorating surface we now require full road approvals & this has not been obtained & can't be in the required time frame.

Bureaucracy gone mad.

Lack of traffic is an understatement. That gate does a pretty good job of keeping the cars at bay.
