In direct compition to Chris' Saturday alternative (which I can't make) who is keen for the usual Sunday ride? At the usual 7am ANU start?
I was thinking an E1 endurance ride with some short sprint intervals might be nice in the lead up to Wagga.

Now that I know what E1 means here for anyone else who doesn't know the term: http://www.cycling-inform.com/heart-rate-training/73-how-to-use-heart-rate-monitor-and-zones-to-improve-your-cycling

I could be keen but my E1 and your E1 might still be a little different Brad?

You may want to try and book a table when you are there in the morning.

Mothers day is the busyest day of the year for sunday brunch.
