Apple Smart-Bike Patent

Looks like Apple is thinking about throwing its muscle into the cycling arena. If I were companies like Garmin I'd be a little concerned.
If I were a pedestrian I would be extremely concerned with the number of fan-boys that are going to be out on their bikes, head down faffing with their iPhones not looking where they are going!
