A while ago I did a pair of one-hour workshops in the Monkey Gym at ANU for the squad (well some of you) on ball work and strength work.
We have continued developing our exercises and working with cyclists to the point that now we will be offering a cycling-specific 10 hour workshop to teach cyclists a series of exercises that will quickly make them better on the bike. The poster that the Monkey Gym team has brewed up for this event is attached.

I would like to extend an invitation to anyone that is interested in improving themselves to attend the workshop. I’ve had a tonne of people say “yup, I’ll go” but enrolments are at a whopping 2 people right now. Which means either that there will be a flurry of activity closer to the Feb 6 start date, or that we’ll have to cancel it due to lack of people (we won’t run it for 2, we definitely would at 6, we have set a limit of 14 for this first of an anticipated many offerings).

Cheers,
Michael
